The China-Aid  Project of  Investment Service Building is located in the Northwest Special Economic Zone of Suez, Egypt, with a buiding area of 16,808.8 square meters. The project is a "one-stop" service building integrating office space and shopping mall. It has two floors above ground, three floors partially, and one floor underground. It was completed on May 15, 2010.
